Ordering & Processing
- Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- Orders placed Monday through Saturday typically ship within 24 hours.
- Orders placed on Sunday will ship on Monday.

Shipping Destination
- We currently ship to the United States only.
Shipping Costs
- Orders of 1 item: $4.99 flat-rate shipping.
- Orders of 2 or more items: FREE shipping.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
- A shipping confirmation email will be sent the evening your order is packed and a tracking number has been assigned. This email will contain your Carrier Tracking Number.
- Please check your spam/junk folder if you haven't received your confirmation email.
- Tracking numbers are also available by viewing your order in your Dewlora account.
- Please allow at least 48 hours after placing your order before checking tracking, as information may not yet be available from the carrier.
